Ladybarn retrofit thermostat - energy data proves PHPP accuracy

We now have one year’s worth of gas and electricity data from the Ladybarn retrofit taken from the last quarter of 2013. When compared with data from previous years, we can see that there has been an actual reduction in gas usage of 29.6%, while PHPP had predicted a drop of 36% (the PHPP estimate was for gas used for space heating and hot water while taking into account the new boiler efficiency, and assumed gas for cooking remained the same). Electricity increased only 6% compared to 15% predicted by PHPP. More info on this project here.
