Ladybarn retrofit

Gas and electricity readings at the Ladybarn retrofit taken from the last quarter of 2013 and first quarter of 2014, when compared with the same periods one year ago, tally very closely (within a few %) with the predicted values from PHPP (the Passive House Planning Package software). This is very encouraging and is in line with what is already known about Passive House methodology – which is its accuracy that enables us to close the gap between theoretical calculations and on-site performance. More on this methodology under What techniques do I use? page.
